Muscle ache

Really can’t recall how long I had stopped my toning exercise, even my cardiovascular exercise has been reduced to a minimal level. it has been like this since I lost my job, because I don’t go out from my house so i didn’t go for my paid gym session.

it’s about 4 months I’ve joined the club (for losing weight), and now the result so … so uncommentable. I didn’t lose any but GAINED a single kg! Please allow me to blame on the CNY tit-bits, I know, I know it is not an excuse, but just let me go this time lah…

Yesterday I get myself back into action, start my toning exercise and increase the level of cardio exercise. And restart my dietary control (since meal/food contributed 60% of weight). Slowly and gently pick up the momentum, and hope the old problem won’t come back to interrupt my plan.
